Zachary Graeve is an independent public company director, investor, and capital markets advisor with more than two decades of experience spanning investor relations, governance, and corporate communications. IRC-credentialed and grounded in SEC disclosure standards, he has advised executives and boards through IPOs, capital events, and strategic transitions, with a focus on market credibility, governance discipline, and long-term value creation.

His perspective is shaped by experience across public company advisory, board service, and investing. Earlier in his career, Zachary founded and exited a technology venture, built and led investor relations and communications functions, and advised public companies on capital markets positioning and disclosure strategy. As an investor, he applies a value-oriented discipline and has experienced a successful IPO exit as a founding shareholder.

Zachary currently serves as an independent director and committee chair, and as vice chair of the National Investor Relations Institute’s Examination Development Committee, contributing to professional standards in investor relations, disclosure, and governance.
